At World Sankirtan Tour Foundation, we believe compassion has many forms — and every kind of support matters. We welcome volunteers from the United States, India, and across the globe who want to make a meaningful difference in animal welfare.
You don’t need to be on-site to change lives. Many of our most impactful contributions come from individuals offering time, talent, and professional skills — from coordination and outreach to digital support and awareness-building. Your energy, wherever you are, can help rescue, heal, and protect vulnerable animals in need.
Volunteers based in the United States, India, and other countries play an important role in supporting the foundation’s mission. Those outside India primarily contribute through fundraising support, donor outreach, campaign coordination, research, content development, and communication assistance. By strengthening these areas remotely, international volunteers help ensure that partner organizations in India can focus more effectively on on-the-ground animal welfare work.
Most roles for international volunteers are fully remote. These opportunities focus on strategic planning, coordination, and professional support that directly enhances fieldwork in India.
Volunteers contribute by assisting with donor engagement, outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and planning efforts that expand the reach and success of our fundraising efforts.
Volunteers help organize project updates, prepare materials, and support documentation processes that ensure transparency and accountability in our communications.
Volunteers may also support by writing content, conducting research, or developing educational resources to help share the foundation’s mission with a wider global audience.
